Analysis United State and Israel Vs Iran Conflict On International Law

The first attack on this war is Israel because he very scary movement on politic in Iran where one of movement make trump government requitment submit for continue movement country to Iran. Requitement From Trump Government is:

1. Iran required to carry out permanent demolition Fordow And Natanz Facility
2. program termination of Ballistic missile and termination of support for Hamas and Hisbullah Grup

In this action, Iran very refuse in order to safe sovereignty Country. In my opinion is best movement choice to iran because if within a country there is opposition on other country there for the legitimacy and power of government is being questioned. The point of America value is Iran behavior just for extend time to have powerfull military, perhaps in my opinion make scary with trump government that is one of them Iran military can rival to America military.

In This Conflict Also have responses with United Nation according to data my sources, The Chief Of Human Right United Nations (UNHRC) Volker Truk condemn attack from United States from Iran he said is “ I condemn this morning’s military strikes across Iran by Israel and the United States, and Iran’s subsequent retaliatory strikes. As is always the case in any armed conflict, it is the civilians who ultimately pay the highest price” (Wahyuni, 2026).

This Conflict On Eyes international Law

It turns out that, upon examining this conflict, it has not only had a negative impact on the Iranian government itself, but key figures within Iran have also suffered a deeply distressing impact; I can say without a doubt that it is the innocent civilians and children who have become the victims. Furthermore, public facilities have also been targeted in attacks against the United States.

If we view this through the lens of international law and international humanitarian law, the actions taken against the United States have violated these legal provisions by targeting civilians and public facilities as primary targets
